By using King of Net you agree to these terms and to The Laws. If you do not agree, do not claim a crown, vote, or pay tribute.
The game
King of Net is a status game operated by HackifyTech. It is not an election, a bank, a wallet, or a contest with a cash prize. The throne is bragging rights. Votes are not a civic count. Tribute is not a deposit and does not pay you back.
How Power and the King are decided is set out in The Laws. Those rules are part of these terms.
Using the court
You may claim a crown, vote once, and pay tribute. You are responsible for the name and link you publish. Do not use the site to impersonate in a way that breaks the law, to post illegal content, or to attack the service.
Crowns and Power are public. HackifyTech may edit or remove a crown, vote, or tribute if it is abusive, unlawful, or breaks these terms.
No accounts
There is no sign-up. The secret manage URL is the key to your crown. Anyone who has it can edit the crown. If you lose it, it is not recovered. That is the design of the game.
Votes
You vote once, for one crown. You cannot change it. We enforce this with a hash of your IP and a vote cookie. VPNs, shared networks, and similar setups may block a later vote. That is not a defect you can reverse.
Tribute
Tribute is a payment to the site for digital Power on a crown. It is not paid to the King. It is not a pot. It does not entitle you to winnings, a refund, or a share of the throne.
Payments are processed by Stripe when Checkout is enabled. Amounts are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. Tribute is not refundable. Read Refunds.
Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in the name and link you submit. You grant HackifyTech a worldwide license to host, display, and rank that material so the court can run. You confirm you have the right to use that name and link.
The service as-is
The site is provided as-is. Rankings, hashes, uptime, and display can fail or change. HackifyTech is not liable for lost manage links, lost votes, lost Power, or any indirect loss. Where law does not allow a limit, that limit applies only to the extent allowed.
Changes
We may change the game, The Laws, or these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Tribute already paid stays subject to the refund rule in force when you paid.
